Etsuko Ichihara

Etsuko Ichihara is a veteran Japanese actress. Ichihara joined the Haiyuza theater troupe in 1957. Her debut was in Riko na Oyomesan. At one point, she was the star of Haiyuza. In 1989, she won the Japan Academy Prize for best supporting actress for Black Rain. She has appeared in more than one hundred films since 1957.
