Etsuko Kozakura

Etsuko Kozakura is a Japanese voice actress. Her real name is Kumi Domon. She was formerly with Ohsawa Jimusho. She is currently the head of her own agency called Little Portal with her husband Jin Domon. Her major roles are in animes such as You're Under Arrest!, Sakura Wars, Pokemon and Chi's Sweet Home. In the video game world, She voices Omochaa in Sonic series.
