Keiko Toda is a Japanese actress and voice actress. Her famous role is Anpanman on the long running anime Soreike! Anpanman. She is the voice of Thomas the Tank Engine for the Japanese dub of Thomas & Friends for 8 seasons. She once married to Shuichi Ikeda and Junichi Inoue.
