Keisuke Ueda is a Japanese actor, singer and voice actor. He is affiliated with Pro-Fit. He is well known as for 2.5D musical and musical theatre productions. He hash been in stage musicals based on anime like Noragami, K, Hetalia, and Bungo Stray Dogs. He has protrayed Sangaku Manami in both the Yowamushi Pedal in the stage plays and live-actions drama adaptation. As a voice actor, Ueda's leading roles are Heine Wittgenstein from The Royal Tutor and Hiroki from Pet, who he protrayed in a the stage adaptions.

Heine Wittgenstein is the titular royal tutor. He is incredily stoic, rarely showing any emotions. He acts polite in front of everyone, even if they are insulting him. Heine comes off a little harsh but very empathetic and understanding of people. He is very intelligent but does not flaunt it. The only time he loses his compusers is when he is mistaken for a child. He was once an orphan who turn into an educator.
