Kenichi Ogata is a Japanese voice actor. He was affiliated Aoni Production but now workes for Umikaze. After graduating junior high school, he studied cooking. When he went to high school, he aimed to be a comedy performer and worked for some theatrical companies. His voice acting debut was in Mazinger Z as Dr. Nossori, and has been voice acting since.
