Kouji Totani was a Japanese voice actor. He worked for Aoni Production. He voiced in Dragon Ball and Fullmetal Alchemist. On February 6, 2006, Totani died from acute heart failure. His last appearance was the Naruto 2006 New Year Special, where he voiced Oki.
