Rio Natsuki is a Japanese voice actress. She is affiliated with Haikyo. She voiced Yukari Sanjou in Shugo Chara!, and Miho Miho in Macross 7. Rio is the voice of Wanda in the Japanese dub of The Fairy Oddparents.
