Shinba Tsuchiya is a Japanese actor and voice actor. He is affiliated with Himawari Theatre Group. He debuted as an actor in 2005 and as a voice actor in 2016. He has two sister who are a model and an actress. He is best known for voicing Tsutomu Goshiki in Haikyu! and Tatara Fujita in Welcome to the Ballroom.
