Takayuki Kondou is a Japanese voice actor. He is affiliated with BLACK SHIP. Along with Daisuke Ono, he hosted Ono Daisuke惻Kondou Takayuki no Yume Bouken ~Dragon&Tiger. He voiced Tetsudo "Poppo" Hisakawa in Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day, Blenhiem in Chaos Dragon, and Sakugo Maioka in Classroom Crisis.

Tetsudo "Poppo" Hisakawa is a childhood friend of Jinta, Naruko, Chiriko, Atsumu and Menma. He is a member of the Super Peace Busters. He admires Jinta during their childhood and how Jinta always was grateful to the group. As a teenager, he is wordly and mellow. He is eager to see this old friends together again. He hides his guilt for Menma's death undernearth his happy-go-lucky personality. Since he dropped out of school, he travels the world with the money he has earn by taking various part time jobs.
